Lesser Model of not so much fun

The vehicle within 120,000 miles and 4.6 years of ownership has been more of a drag on life than a positive experience. Everything from ball joints, to transmission issues, even the sellers were terrible. Front end of the car needed to be redone as well as the rear, full bearings and hubs within 90,000 miles. The interior was poorly made and designed, its to tight in spots and material wise the seats ripped just from sitting in them, Selt belts barely click and the radio wasnt worth anything more than a clock. It looks like some sort of knock off kia but falls apart faster. No space for car seat toddlers and the cargo area is small. Overall the car is a dumpster fire. - 5.0
Great car, very reliable

Im the first owner of a Jeep Compass 2011. It has 55000 miles and is very reliable. It needs nothing but the oil change. I take it off-road in Utah and New Mexico. Original 4x4 handles all road conditions very well. I especially like the CVT, which gives a super smooth ride. Im going to keep my 2011 Compass for as long as it lasts. - 4.0

I recently bought this 4x4 Compass and it has already impressed me with the off road capabilities. I have owned many Jeep Wranglers, 4x4 SUV's and trucks plus I currently have a lifted FX4 4x4 Truck now. I took this Jeep off road the other evening and it climbed where all the other big, lifted 4x4's went. No, this is not a vehicle for the mud bogs but all around great SUV. I'd buy again. Just get the trail rated package with the skid plates and tow hooks. You'll eventually need both!
