The customer service aspect of the dealership needs some work. Had my truck diagnosed back in November 2025 and just now had it fixed on March 18, 2026. I was the one always reaching out to the service department to check on the status of when they were going to be able to schedule my repair which should not be the case. They always said they didn’t have a rental available to give me. I finally had to have a conversation with the General Manager of the dealership Johnny to attempt to get it scheduled but once again I was the one reaching out to get something done about it. I only deal with Hertrich because I bought the truck from them and because of the warranty work only.
