Originally ent in with a trade in, got a competitive trade in price and that’s where the positive side ends. They couldn’t produce the vehicle that I had left a deposit and signed the purchase order for. They promised several times that it would come in but never did. Finally after 3 weeks, I went back to the dealership with the intention of picking up my trade in, recovering my deposit and going elsewhere. However, the salesperson went out of his way to convince me to purchase with them. I ended up purchasing 2 vehicles. Again the second vehicle that I wanted took 2 more week to be delivered and upon delivery, I was disappointed with its features as opposed to what I requested. The overall experience was poor
