tire issue occurred during (4) new tires installation July 2025 issue with left front stud and lug nut repair made WITHOUT my notification notified at time of payment request become an issue during oil change Apr/May 2026 8-MAY-2026 written repair estimate was INFLATED to $2011.50 lug not $8.40 TPMS $74.28 ***no problem with TPMS*** alternate repair shop was able to put TPMS back on NO PROBLEM hub $197.35 *** no problem with hub*** Wheel (if needed) $844.90 ****why would a tire be needed? Tire purchased in July 2025 not compromised*** (1) tire cost more than the (4) purchased in July 2025 and labor remove LOCKED lug on stud (4) hours $199.95 ***Lug was stripped NOT LOCKED*** I had stud lug nut repaired at alternate repair shop SUBSTANIALLY LESS than $2011.50

I was able to make my appointment with no problem. Staff was courteous, friendly and professional. Waiting room was clean and well maintained. Great experience! Thank you!

Things did not go smoothly. This is the 4th Buick I have bought from Hertrich and this has by far been the worse experience so far. This dealership has lost their excellent customer service they did have with the loss of some excellent employees.

I arrived early for my appointment and had a ride home (5 hour repair job). Hertrichs sent a car to pick me up when the work was completed. The work was expertly done. Thank you for the ride Kenny and to Chrystal for arranging everything!
